WHAT IS A CGA?
Approved Management Centers (CGA) are structures approved by the Minister of Finance. Taxpayers entitled to a CGA are those with a turnover less than or equal to 100 million FCFA.
The services available to members are:
* Assistance in fulfilling reporting and payment obligations;
* Assistance in tax audits (drafting of observations);
* Assistance in tax litigation (drafting of requests and briefs);
* Information and awareness on new tax provisions;
* Assistance in bookkeeping;
* Assistance in management.

THE COSTS
Article 118 (3) and (4) of the General Tax Code provides that:
* Membership fees are set freely in the range of 25,000 FCFA to 50,000 FCFA
* Annual dues are freely set by CGA promoters within a range of:
- F CFA 50,000 to F CFA 150,000 per year for taxpayers of the simplified regime;
- F CFA 50,000 to F CFA 250,000 per year for taxpayers of the real regime”
